About My 1:1 Consultations
Wondering if you’re eating at the right times? If you’re eating the right quantities? If you’re getting the nutrients your body craves? All these questions are answered during your consultation.
All consultations begin by a series of questions about your health, your lifestyle, your diet and your daily habits and we identify the top issue or issues and go over steps to help get your health on track.
A comprehensive assessment is then sent, which includes a guideline to start supporting your wellbeing each day.
Included is a meal plan tailored to your lifestyle and your individual situation, as well as a shopping list for the week.
Additional services offered include recipes for meals and snacks, as well as guidance on effective time management around food planning and self-care.
Consultations at this time are offered 1:1 virtually via Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp, Viber or Skype.
During regular non-Covid times, consultations are also available in-person.
