MEET EVA

A little about Eva


Hello! My name is Eva, I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I have been reading ingredients since I was 8. Born and raised on an island in Greece, living 50 feet from the water, my connection to Holistic Nutrition is deep rooted. I am not a chef, but I combine food in a way that is appealing, filling and comforting. Oh, I also like to hide healthy food in other food so if you have picky eaters in your family, you need not fret any more.


WHAT IS A HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST?

Holistic Nutrition is an approach to overall health that looks beyond your plate; namely: the mind, body and soul and how to keep these 3 entities healthy, connected and balanced. Oh, and for them to live on forever of course! ;)
