Instructions
Melt tahini, coconut oil and cream cheese in microwave for 20 second intervals. Once melted, add soy or tamari sauce.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a larger bowl.
Combine wet ingredients into dry and mix well.
Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and shape into small bite sizes.
Store in airtight container, in the fridge, for 6 – 7 days.
Ingredients:
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup cream cheese (regular or vegan)
2 tsp soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 scoop unflavoured protein powder (about 2 Tbsp)
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic or onion powder
3 Tbsp shredded cheese (regular or vegan)
4 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp almond flour
2 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp paprika
